the rooms were clean and comfortable, equipped with all the necessary amenities including comfortable beds, which made our stay very comfortable. the breakfast was delicious and served in a cozy setting. We particularly enjoyed the Italian restaurant nearby. the staff was accommodating and attentive, making sure all our needs were met.
The communication from the hotel was not the best which made things a bit complicated.

Christmas at this hotel was just wonderful! the breakfast was delicious, and I really enjoyed the variety of food offered. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the town with lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. the hotel also had a really cozy atmosphere with comfy chairs and a lovely fireplace where we spent a few hours drinking hot cocoa and just relaxing.
The internet connection was extremely slow, which was a bit frustrating at times. the room we stayed in was a bit small for two people, but it was clean and had everything we needed.

The breakfast and the cleanliness were good aspects of my stay. , the location was great as it was close to a lake and there were several restaurants and a supermarket nearby.
The lack of wifi was a huge downside as I couldn't stay connected with my family during the Easter holiday. the staff wasn't very accommodating and didn't provide enough supplies or blankets in the room.
